Volume One presents Joint Loosening Exercises which encompass a series of smooth, gentle, easy and circular movements that activate the lymph system thereby improving our immunity. Volume Two presents Chinese Essence Healing Qigong, a series of five exercise designed to strengthen and harmonize the five major organs of the body.

Keith Cini is a licensed Acupuncture Physician practicing at the Hippocrates Health Institute. He was the founder and director of the Heaven & Earth Healing Arts Center (NYC) providing Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga and Meditation instructor. Keith has been a student and teacher of the Internal Martial Arts for over twenty years with a background in Aikido and the Bando Monk System. Keith has lectured and taught work-shops on the medical benefits of Tai Chi, Qigong and Meditation at many venues including the Hippocrates Health Institute, the Four Seasons Resorts, Mt. Sinai Medical Center, the United Nations School, and the University of Michigan.
