"I was born in Quebec in 1942. Doctors told my parents that I had a malformed left hip, one that eventually caused change in the shape and position of my legs, back, and neck. Although I always had pain, I did not want to take medication, because I knew that it would alter my state of mind and rob me of the rare moments of happiness that fate had afforded me. Allopathic physicians were not able to help me — in fact they said that I would eventually need a wheelchair. I did not know where to turn. During the last 20 years, I have not been able to sleep on my back...A year ago, I was perusing the newspaper and saw an article about The Hippocrates Institute...
My visit was extraordinary! After all of the years of frustration, I could not believe what was happening. What I liked the most was the wheatgrass therapy. After just 3 days, the malformation on my left hip — which had been there for 62 years — began to diminish. During a consultation, Brian advised me to use magnets by placing them on the most painful areas of my body. He also counseled me to do three types of exercises in the pools at Hippocrates. (This was an exceptional challenge for me, because I had drowned and been pronounced dead when I was 5 years old! I was saved and resuscitated, but since then I’ve had a terrible fear of water.)
One of Brian's suggestions was that I use weights on my legs as I move freely in the water. Initially, this was difficult but with the help of the loving staff...I did it. Within one month, the pain in my leg was gone! And, in 1-1/2 months I was rid of all of the pain in my legs, back, hip, and neck.
I am enjoying the living cuisine, consuming three green drinks a day, and following the program to a tee. I swim like a fish three times a week, walk every morning for 3/4 of an hour, and do stretching exercises every day at home. I am very grateful to everyone at Hippocrates, and I know that I will never again be in a wheelchair. My stay at Hippocrates Health Institute changed my life forever...The Institute is a very important place for everyone; for me, it saved my life!
